FAQ ald9977 for Malaysian Players

If you feel you need a break from the platform, contact the ald9977 support team via live chat or email to request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. A cooling-off period lets you stop playing temporarily, while self-exclusion closes account access for a longer duration. Both options are available at no charge.

Common signs include: betting with money meant for daily needs, being unable to stop even when you want to, lying to loved ones about gambling activity, and continuing to play to try to recover losses. If you recognise any of these signs in yourself or someone you know, please seek help from a certified counselling service immediately.

Our team can freeze your account temporarily while an investigation is carried out. Avoid reusing the same password on other platforms to minimise risk.

An OTP (One-Time Password) code works as a single-use access key sent directly to your mobile phone. ald9977 will never ask for your OTP code via phone, email or chat. If anyone requests your OTP code for any reason, it is a fraud attempt. Do not share this code with anyone under any circumstances.

ald9977 provides an additional security layer through two-step verification for players who want stronger account protection. With this feature enabled, logging in requires both your password and confirmation via your registered mobile phone at the same time. Contact support for guidance on setting up two-step verification.

Malay odds use positive and negative values — a positive value (e.g. 0.90) represents your winnings multiplier, while a negative value (e.g. -1.10) represents the amount you need to stake to win one unit. Decimal odds are simpler: multiply your stake by the odds value to get the total payout including your original stake. ald9977 supports both formats.
